AI Training Built for the Trades.

Built by Someone Who's Been on the Tools

Carl Britton Jr. ran jobs before he ran AI training. That's why the material holds up past the first Monday.

Why Iron Thread Exists

Carl spent 20 years in construction, licensed as a Class B General Contractor, before he spent 15 years in technology. He's built a compounding pharmacy to USP 800 spec as the GC on record. He knows what a submittal log actually costs a project manager in a bad week.

Most AI training for the trades comes from people who've never carried a punch list. It's a theory talk: slides, buzzwords, a demo that never touches a real RFI. Contractors sit through it once and don't book a second session.

Carl built Iron Thread to fix that. Every class uses real construction paperwork (contracts, specs, bid packages, field notes, sanitized but not simplified) and every skill has to pass one test: if you can't use it Monday morning, it doesn't belong in the class.

That rule is why 42 associations and chapters have booked Iron Thread, several of them more than once.
